Chief Executive Officer

Skip has two decades of experience in HCIT, working primarily in private equity-backed healthcare information technology organizations with a focus on positioning for significant growth, execution, and successful exit. He received a MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and BS in Business from Trinity University.

Marissa Dermer

Controller

Marissa is a licensed CPA with extensive experience working for both public accounting firms and privately held companies. She has a BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Albany.

Jonathan Ghenn

Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Jonathan has spent over two decades working as a sales leader in the healthcare technology space, for companies including Stryker, Talyst and Verity Solutions. He brings extensive knowledge of how to successfully operate in highly complex and competitive client acquisition environments. Jonathan received his MBA from University of Washington in St. Louis and BA of Communications King’s College.

Casey Nelson

Senior Vice President, Client Success & Chief Pharmacy Officer

Casey has prior experience with Argus and Catalyst PBMs, serving key roles in the areas of Product and Market Development. He has a BS in Biotechnology from the University of Nebraska and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Nebraska Medicine.

Rhodie Smith

Vice President, Contract Pharmacy Sales

Rhodie has a diverse range of knowledge consulting with all covered entities on a range of challenges, including in-house and/or contract pharmacy solutions, management of regulatory compliance challenges, patient eligibility, pharmacy replenishment, program tracking, and reporting of the 340B drug pricing program. He holds a Bachelor of Law and J.D. from the University of Johannesburg and is an alumnus of 340B University.

David Wanless

Vice President, Technical Operations and Development

Prior to joining RxStrategies, David had extensive leadership experience with ABB Optical, playing a key role in growing the company into the nation’s largest optical distributor. He earned a BA in Biology from Boston University and Masters in Pharmacology from LSU Medicine.
