- John Kim
As Managing Director at H.I.G. Growth Partners, John focuses primarily on Internet, media and technology investments. He currently serves on the boards of Batanga, Escalate Media, Funambol, Go2mobi, LuLu*s, RxStrategies and SpotXchange and formerly served on the board of REVShare and Triad Retail Media.
Previously, John was a co-founder, interim CEO and board director of Cooligy, a semiconductor cooling manufacturer started by three Stanford professors, backed by top-tier venture capital firms and acquired by Emerson Electric (NYSE:EMR). He also was the COO of a 100+ person eCommerce portal, General Manager of a semiconductor equipment manufacturer and Business Development Director at a product development software company. He began his career at Booz, Allen & Hamilton where he consulted on operations strategy to Fortune 500 companies.
John received an M.S. and B.S. with Phi Beta Kappa honors in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an M.B.A. degree with distinction from Harvard Business School.
- Rad Lovett
Mr. Lovett has served as founder, Chairman and CEO of two highly successful growth companies: TowerCom Development, LP, a developer of wireless communications infrastructure; and TowerCom, Limited, an owner and developer of broadcast communication towers. TowerCom Development, LP and TowerCom, Limited each have generated over 90% compounded annual rates of return for their investors. Mr. Lovett also has made venture capital investments in the following private companies which have generated attractive realized returns for investors: Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (formerly Cypress Care, Inc.); K&G Men’s Centers, Inc.; Go Software, Inc.; Main Bank Corporation; PowerTel, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTEL); Southcoast Boca Associates and TowerCom Enterprises, LLC. Mr. Lovett currently serves on the board of the following portfolio companies: Healthcare Solutions, Inc.; EverBank Financial Corporation; RxStrategies, Inc.; CareAnyware, Inc.; DocuFree Corporation and TowerCom V, LLC.
Prior to co-founding Lovett Miller & Co. in 1997, Mr. Lovett served as the President of Southcoast Capital Corporation, a family holding company that invests in private equities, public equities, and real estate. Prior to Southcoast Capital, Mr. Lovett worked for the Lincoln Property Company and in the Corporate Finance Department of Merrill Lynch. Mr. Lovett currently serves on the Board of Trustees and is Co-Chairman of the Capital Campaign for the University of North Florida. He is also a former Chairman of the Youth Crisis Center and the Jacksonville Jaguars Honor Rows Program.
Mr. Lovett earned an A.B. degree from Harvard College.

Fenton has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of RxStrategies, Inc since 2005. With more than 30 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer of technology based organizations, Markevich brings a disciplined approach to addressing the complex issues of managing and administering the complexities of the 340B program.
